History
Established in 1964 by Paul Chetcuti as a
sole trading business, Mecca Enterprises is one of Malta's oldest large-scale
import/export and distribution firms. The Mecca Enterprises Group has grown to
become the leading importer and distributor in Malta, dealing in products
ranging from toys and games and models to carnival costumes and theatrical
products, from educational books to sporting equipment, from household
appliances to dinghies, power boats and yachts. Mecca Enterprises imports from
over one hundred suppliers in Europe, America and the Far East. |

Wholesale distribution network:
During these 40 years, we have
managed to build up a clientele covering most toy shops and hobby centres in
Malta and Gozo. With warehouses all over the island, we run an efficient and
prompt delivery system. Our specialist sales personnel and delivery
staff cover about 500 different wholesale / retail outlets all over Malta and
Gozo.

National & International Trade Fairs: We visit the major international toy
and boat fairs and also actively participate in the local Malta
International Trade Fair and other specialised fairs such as Green Week
Fair, Christmas Toys and Gift Fair, Malta International Boat
Show, and the Sports and Leisure Fair. We also organise our own annual
Mecca Boat Show every Spring.

Advertising: The Mecca image and its range of prestigious brand names
feature regularly on the local media and we advertise on all the local
television, cinemas and radio stations as well as general and specialised
magazines, newspapers and catalogues.

finest retail outlets on the island: Mecca Enterprises also operates a
number of retail outlets under the name of Mecca Carnival and Toy Centres and
Mecca Marine Centre in the coastal north of the island.
